Staff was overall very friendly. Only issue I had was that reservation clerk asked what medical problem I had that I needed an accessible room. Not really their business / concern to ask that.
Negatives:
Room was basically clean. There bedding skirts and bathroom door needed to be updated / repaired (they were ragged and busted along the bottom). Earth worm crawling along the floor from under the bed. Beds were hard , uncomfortable. A/C unit was not working. Too costly for quality.

a big blob of something in it , commode did not flush easily, and a piece of the shower head fell off in my hands when I was trying to position it and rotate it. And at 11:10 I asked if I request could be sent to a neighbor regarding volume I was told that that kind of thing could happen around midnight
