Made me pay thru them instead of booking.com made me pay a deposit of $100 that I still haven't gotten back days later. Joining room people banged on door that joins the rooms and shook the handle all night no one at desk to report it too. Filthy rooms pool was closed even though it was an open amenity when booking and since I had my grandkids that is the main reason I chose this hotel. Staff checking in was clueless and talked on the hotel phone with her mother while checking in and check out staff was rude when I asked about my refund. Then 3 days after I left I get an email from booking .com thAt my confirmation has changed??? All a bit sketch for my taste. I just want my deposit and I can't put it past me. I'm looking into a refund for my stay as well

The room was very clean and spacious. When we got there we were on the second floor and because of being in a wheelchair couldn't use that room the front desk clerk Steven was so helpful and got us a room on the first floor with handicap accessibility. The entire staff was more than friendly and we will definitely stay again, very much worth the price of the room.

we didn't like that we had to leave lol. we did not take advantage of the breakfast but that will happen next time. i really have nothing that we didn't like. My mom is very picky and fell in love with the room
