Location is excellent for walking to shops and restaurants. Great for pets to walk along too. Beds and pillows are comfortable. The Crabtree bath products smell so good.

You can't charge extra for a balcony with no furniture - someone had put an upside down trash can out there to sit on. The balcony door took two people to open and close. The living room furniture was severely lacking - a couch, a chair, and a sideboard w/ TV. The lighting was terrible throughout the suite. The shower went scalding hot, ice cold, scalding hot, ice cold, etc. every 20 seconds, the WHOLE TIME. The room entry door & frame was so bent/dented I could see the hallway from my room, with the door closed! The hallway was gross and smelled of paint. The mattresses were beyond "soft". Hilton pretty much decided people will come for the location & beautiful view, we're done.

Good location, pleasant staff.

The location was close to restaurants and had a nice view of the harbour. Room was clean and the bed/pillows were great.
Negatives:
We didn't get into our room until almost 5:00, check in was 4:00. Balconies do not have chairs on them. The customer service supervisor did send an email asking how our stay was but I never heard back from him.
