The hotel was very dated. The room was in very bad shape. Curtains are were torn and I understand it was a low star hotel but this was pushing it. If the bed was not clean I would have cancelled my reservation and gone to another hotel.

Location was very close to our event. We used this hotel for many decades through all of the owners and name changes. The room had upgrades, which were very nice: new hard flooring, bedding, nice size flat screen TV, desk, dresser, microwave, and small fridge! Breakfast.
Negatives:
We could not use the tub. The drapes were old and tattered. Rusted clothes rack in the closet and rusted suitcase rack! It took 30 minutes to get warm water, not even hot! Breakfast ended at 9.

The location was good. McDonald's was close. The room was clean but the bathroom was pretty rough. The toilet seat didn't fit the back tank top didn't fit.
The tiles above the shower needed to be replaced with black spots on them at first thought it was bugs. The tub had rust spots. Was a smoking room so knew the cigarette smell. But that wasn't bad, more of a musty smell. Needed air fresheners.
