Gnats in sink constantly. I think they were coming from drain. Door locked but was not latched tight. Cold air came in and could hear road sounds

Filthy rooms , I had 2. Sheets had stains and hair on them, 3 bugs crawling on walls, bathroom filthy,dog revs remnants in carpet. Manager ver rude no apology or even ask to change our room. We left 15 minutes after arriving with no refund!
