We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel.

We are in age from 71, 62 78 and 76. We had NO OFFER of getting our suitcases up two flights of steps! At the top of the steps I KNEW WE WERE IN TROUBLE because the hallway was nasty! Food substance on the carpet. NO IFEA OF WHEN, HOW MANY DAYS OR VEN WEEKS SINCE THE HALLWAY WAS Vacuumed! Just dirty. Inside the room, the door inside the bathroom was absolutely filthy, as well as the walls of the shower. My family has owned hotels for over 30 years, therefore I knew to check the filters in the heating-cooling system. I pulled them out and they were FULL OF LINT, DIRT, and only God knows what else! I took them to the bathroom and washed them…if I were asked to rate this room from 1-10 I’d give it a -10!
