The first time I stated at this location the canceled my reservation after I checked in and tried to charge me for cancelation I tried to stay again and they canceled my reservation before arrival time and charged me for cancelation they have shady business practices I'm seeking legal action against this company

The pictures of the site don't look the same for example on the website they have pictures of a clean pool and when we arrived the pool was dirty and shut down trash was everywhere

Location near good places to eat and walmart and Friday Tina tried to smooth over the check in process. Since our room was not cleaned when we opened the door.
Negatives:
The room was nasty, it wasn't ready after I got a conformation call that I was t mins out, they didn't have iron in room or at front desk, Saturday staff was low key RUDE. The mold on shower curtain, hair in tub, all lights didn't work. Didn't get discount for having to wait (we checked in after 2, couldn't get refund) furniture way out of date, tv had a line going down picture.

Surroundings for the picture in the advertisement is not even close to the appearance of the hotel. Checked in at different location to be moved to this location and then was told we did not stay even though we did

filthy crap all over the office. Employee at the counter was so over his head couldnt find anything. Was more worried about the people that didnt bring the well used key back. looked at room. Toxic Lysol fumes filled the air. and yet the bed sheets hadnt been changed. I left and canceled my reservation.

It wasn't clean and there were baby roaches in the bed we didn't use. I saw them the next morning. It was room 158. We didn't use the beds because the sheets had a yellow tint like they weren't clean.

The space and comfort did exceed my expectations, and there was a microwave and refrigerator available, the Air Conditioner kept us nice and cool on that hot night. I was more than impressed and even more stunned by being reached out to after the stay.
