We had to end our plan stay unexpectedly due to illness. Mariah V. was exceptional helping us to expedite the end of our stay. She was most thoughtful and empathetic.
Also, the staff on duty at our arrival was caring and efficient. They provided good directions and information for our visit to the Historic District and gave us tips on parking in that crowded area.
The people working there made our short stay a pleasant one.
Negatives:
The pool wasn't open due to the anticipated arrival of Hurricane Lee. Bummer, but not your fault.

No the Bathroom Door was broken,the the refrigerator was frozen and didn't work I had a service dog even she didn't eat her food she didn't eat the weekend and it was trashy all over the place, and the outlets was hanging out of he wall we started in room 17 the location was great they didn't offer any breakfast at all and the in the corner was a broken it did not have plugs it was cut their was no way to plugged to put in the wall, and the ice cooler did not work their was no ice ,I was scared to try the pool and at nite it look like homeless was begging for money,or food and water.if I could have changed my hotel room I would have b• changed hotels but thei was no vacant rooms everywhere was full so i hope this help someone else could not to stay there. Hope you have aa blessed day b
