Positives: There is nothing to like about this place. This place was awful and my wife has made an official review on Google under Autumn Berrier for this place. We paid extra for breakfast and there is no breakfast. And so so much else. She has also spoken to multiple representatives there, who each time did not fully take her complaint or the details within. She was never even given the time of day to explain to a single representative at your facility to fully explain this place, what we experienced or how we were treated. And the last person she spoke to before today (which she says she will be calling again) told her that if the hotel would not except responsibility for the refund then booking.com will but is refusing. At some point, websites should be held responsible for the listing they post without checking up on them and verifying they even have all the amenities paid extra for.
Negatives: Worst place I have ever stayed. Not the mention, the garbage started at the broken automatic door which kept trying to shut on people. And the front desk outright lied about breakfast to my wife when she asked what time it was they said 7-10am and she went down to be embarrassed by the same person and his shift trade. Mind you, she was heavily pregnant and came down from the fifth floor by stairs because the elevator is so broken and smells so badly of cockroaches it was giving her issues. We had to move rooms from our room 406 because it was very obviously not cleaned with orange streaks down the toilet base and the bathroom light wouldn't even work it just flickered violently. Plus the couch was literally falling to pieces with the dark foam coming looking all different stained colors. And the bed had what looked like crust around the box spring, the floor speckled with all kinds of plaster looking white chunks. We should of left right then. But they moved us to room 512, which we thought wasn't as bad. The coffee pot had residue and there was a film of hair spray or something on the entertainment center and the remote didn't have a back and you had to hold the batteries in. And just when you think it can't get worse, my wife was in the shower and looks up to SOMEONE ELSE'S WASH CLOTH ON THE SHOWER ROD. Hairy and dried on. The breakfast was a lie, no one can say when the last time the pool has ever been opened so that needs to be removed entirely and we were not given access to a single other amenities, only wifi. This place seems to be functioning more like a stay over apartment building than a true hotel. Don't book with priceline or booking.com is what I've learned here. I'll do my own research before I let myself get screwed by a company who doesn't take any responsibility for the services they provide.

Negatives: Give the wrong type of room, even after confirming at check in. Very dirty halls, floors in room, Broken front door, covered in plastic sheeting. Trash piled onto vending machines. No phone in room to call desk. If I’d been alone, I would not have felt safe.

Negatives: I didn't like that the lady at the front desk was very unpleasant. She was very rude and disrespectful. C. Smith was her name. When I arrived she forgot to take my money for the stay. I have video of the room conditions. The T.V. didn't work. There was no microwave in the room and the room was freezing cold. This C.Smith lady comes banging on the door. Then she accused me of smoking in the room. I invited her in several times to check the room and she refused but kept my deposit. I will never stay here again and I don't recommend anyone else be treated like this neither.
