I stayed for 4 days and my room was never cleaned, I wish we could go back to pre-Covid days when rooms were regularly cleaned. I am asking for everyday but even just once in 4 days would be nice

Breakfast on Friday morning was not good at all. Food trays were empty no butter for toast.had to wait for cooks to restock. breakfast on Sunday morning was good but the coffee pot was empty.

Little better service at the food counter. Did not get clean towels from the maids had to go to front desk and get towels on Saturday night for Sunday morning.2 light bulbs were burned out

Close to shopping and great food places. Clean and well looked after. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable.
Negatives:
Had some issues with my allergies. Im thinking it was the chemicals used to clean the rooms or we werent put in a pet free room as requested. I was fine outside of the hotel but as soon as we were back in the room I had trouble breathing.
No hot tub. There was room to put a hot tub in by the pool but no hot tub. After shopping all day and being on our feet it would have been nice to relax in a hot tub. You cant sit in a pool and relax your body with healing jets even if the temperature of the pool is 85 degrees.
