Positives:
The evening shift staff was very friendly, the room was not as clean as I expected but the people being nice about everything made it bearable and that's why I stayed. Friendly employees make a huge difference 5 stars to the staff on the night shift.

There pool was freezing. A nice warm pool during the winter months would be nice.

We were given a room with a toilet that didnt flush. Moved to another room with a tub that didnt drain but very very very slow. TV didnt work until my grandson looked behind dresser noting the cable was pulled out and TV not plugged in. There was some stain/mold? Splattered on the wall above the couch. We were there with family. Ordered pizza but they wouldnt let us eat in the breakfast area so were all squeezed into one of the rooms to eat together on the beds and floor.

Came to visit my children and take them to the water park, we played games and I bought them new toys. Well its a few days and. Now the hotel charging us $300 for trash and room conditions saying that it was trashed. We are sorry that my children left toy boxes and pizza boxes in the trash but isnt that what maids get paid for? Idk very upset with this hotel and wouldnt recommend to anyone staying that will leave trash.

Stop charging people for picking up a hotel Room. Mind you it was the Suite.

The customer service was friendly. The pool area was grand. Our room was comfortable and quiet.The lobby was welcoming.
Negatives:
The breakfast area needed a bit of attention. The eggs and sausage were a bit on the cold side. The orange juice was more so sunny d. We watched a beetle scramble around until losing sight of it.
