The hotel was overbooked and we did not get the room we paid for, nor were we given a discount for a lesser room. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 5:30pm and housekeeping never bothered to service the room the next day.
Negatives:
I booked 3 rooms, one of the rooms the bed was broken, two of the rooms had broken toilets, and the third room was missing doors on the closet and shelf for fridge. The staff was incredibly rude to my family during serving breakfast. Very disappointing
