Heat did not work in the room, the pipes or water froze so there was no running water. I could not flush the toliet , I could not take a shower. It was FREEZING outside. So simply what did I pay for? To sleep in a bed? I had to sleep with my winter coat, gloves, and mittens on. I might as well have stayed in the car.
Negatives:
Not able to shower, use the toliet, or use any running water. The heater was also broken to the room and they gave us some little black plug in furnance that didn’t even blow out hot air.

The front desk worker was pretty chill about the check in experience being late at night.

We had to sleep with the lights on to prevent cockroaches from coming out, it was very nasty to say the least. I'm just glad we didn't sleep on the streets!

The property was dirty! The pet walking area was disgusting and had trash and glass all of it and my dog cut her paw but it looked like tbh eh never clean that area.

Nothing. Staff was great and cancelled my reservation. Place was not fit for anyone. Cockroaches in first room. Second one looked at the door wouldn’t work. Third room had more paint on the floor than it did on the walls and there wasn’t a shower curtain in the bathroom.
