Positives: The staff was so friendly and nice. They seemed to actually like their job..which is rare these days. Nice sheets and bed was clean and fresh.

Negatives: My room was not as clean as I would expect for a TownPlace suites. The shower curtain was really really dirty on the bottom edge, sorta freaked me out while showing. The chair in our room was so dirty and stained.
