Negatives: only breakfast.

Negatives: Well the hotel online looks beautiful, well Maintained and beautiful! It’s nothing like the hotel When you pull up, it looks rundown, motel like feel!!! We went in the front lobby it was clean, checked in, went to our room where it was disgusting! Dirty bathroom not clean, used soap with black hair on it still in the tub, hair in the bed sheets, demanded we get moved to a clean Room! We got to another room it still was dirty in the bathroom but I just cleaned it up myself , we went for volleyball and the hotel was booked so I knew this was our last option! The breakfast was all just cold items like muffins and juice We where there for almost 5 days and not once Did housekeeping come clean or collect Any garbage , I had to even go to ask For clean towels, the toilet in our room as well as Many other rooms didn’t work properly and it kept clogging and I myself had to plunge the toilet house keeping didn’t assist , no clean linen no clean towels never once picked up the garbage even when I set it outside the door for them to grab! It remained there for days! The hotel looked run down almost like a crappy motel feel not a days inn hotel feel! I when booking requested free parking service that the hotel offered , and I could Barely find a parking spot some days! Also under the beds were candy wrappers and junk food wrappers , when I expressed my concerns there was nothing done about it and no fee taken off my stay or anything to make it right, all that was said was oh I am The hotel housekeeping supervisor and I was off yesterday so this is what happens when I am off! If that Is the excuse then maybe some re training has to be done!
