Positives:
Room size and a kitchen with table and 2 TVs. We liked that the bedroom was separate from the living room. Hot breakfast was a bonus!
Negatives:
The Staybridge website advertised a swimming pool. When we wanted to go for a swim there was a sign out of order. We asked the front desk when the pool will open and they replied we are not having a pool any more. Very disappointing!

The hotel is a home away from home. Its the little things that go a long way.

The pool was closed. They had made accommodations to go to another hotel and swim, but still it was an inconvenience.
Positives:
The lady at the front desk was great, helped us out when our room incorrect, and also when our room was dirty on arrival she had it clean while we were out doing things. Offered to go to another hotel because pool was under maintenance.
Negatives:
Our fist room we got put in was dirty, floors didn't look like they were even vacuumed, and we booked a king room and was put in a queen. We got to our new room and pulled out the hide a bed and it was disgusting, The po was down for maintenance.

Clean rooms and linens, friendly and knowledgeable staff, all willing to lend a hand whenever you request one. Very good breakfast offerings despite what others have claimed!

A bit out of the way, but quieter that way, and only a bit "dated looking."

The sofa bed was dirty and had what looked like blood stains on it. My children were not able to sleep on it. The staff said I booked online so they cant do anything. Doesnt everyone book online?!?!
