#1 there is no pool which was a big part of our stay. I rented 2 suites and they both lacked kitchen supplies. Minimal silverware and pans. I've stayed at numerous Stay ridge locations and never had these issues. The dishwasher had insulation hanging out.

Room size and a kitchen with table and 2 TVs. We liked that the bedroom was separate from the living room. Hot breakfast was a bonus!

The Staybridge website advertised a swimming pool. When we wanted to go for a swim there was a sign out of order. We asked the front desk when the pool will open and they replied we are not having a pool any more. Very disappointing!

We stayed in the suite with a family of 6 and a toddler. There was room for us all to be comfortable, and the 2 bathrooms helped so much. The breakfast is the best complimentary breakfast I have had.

Positives:
The lady at the front desk was great, helped us out when our room incorrect, and also when our room was dirty on arrival she had it clean while we were out doing things. Offered to go to another hotel because pool was under maintenance.
Negatives:
Our fist room we got put in was dirty, floors didn't look like they were even vacuumed, and we booked a king room and was put in a queen. We got to our new room and pulled out the hide a bed and it was disgusting, The po was down for maintenance.
