Price was good, hotel was ok for this chain.

Staff were indifferent, area has gone downhill ver the years. Hotel is just ok.

Easy location. Run down area though.
Negatives:
Hotels in area are abandoned. Room had an off odour from years past smokers. It was clean though. Staff had no hospitality training and were just present. The front office is overcrowded with old signage and the whole place needs carpets.

Very clean, excellent personnel, great breakfast and an excellent value. Next time we're in Grand Forks will stay at this Econolodge.
