Was told check in was at 3 couldn’t check in u til after 4pm then got into our room our bed was not made at all sheets were on the stand in the bedroom and our door wouldn’t open with the keys had to have someone manually open the door for us after a few keys were remade

Pet area for my dog to go potty. It was very spacious. Most hotels don't have that much space. The location felt safe. Close to Walmart and lots of easy to grab fast food places. I got a one bedroom king suite that had a pull out bed for my kids. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. Nice having a kitchen. At first I didn't think they provided any dishes but they were all in the dishwasher and I didn't think to look till the very end. They have a convenient grab and go store you can get what you need down by the front desk and laundry facilities.

The phone in my room was broken and didn't work so when I needed something I just had to walk down to the front desk.

Our room smelt like dog pee, had to go to walmart and get our own fabreeze, plug ins and pet spray, opened up windows, it was bad! Our room had no shampoo or conditioner, I asked three employees for some and never did get any
