Positives: Breakfast was good, the room was quiet.

Negatives: Pool and hot tub were closed. We booked a king size suite online which was not available when we arrived. $25 pet fee and all pet rooms on the second floor when we requested ground floor. Ice machine on our floor broken. Bathroom sink was plugged and wouldn't drain at all. We were very disappointed with what was available for the money. The clerk we booked in with was on his phone constantly and didn't offer any solutions. We won't be returning.

Positives: Nice and clean staff was amazing and let us check in early since we were there for a funeral. Didn’t complain when we asked for two new key cards.

Negatives: Was a little loud in the hallways in the morning and when we went in the pool other people didn’t even have the respect to move and let us sit in the hot tub as well also the jets didn’t even work.
