Knowing I will never stay there again.
Negatives:
Hotel took advantage of tourists in town for the eclipse. Paid over &--- a night and there was no housekeeping, no microwave and no blanket. I had to sleep with my coat to stay warm. I got a blanket after I started yelling at them.
Positives:
The front desk representative was efficient and attentive.
Negatives:
King bed - big dip in the middle of the mattress. Two loveseats in the room; felt like a storage room and less guest friendly. HVAC very loud. The refrigerator wasn't cold as expected. Needed the hotel 4 hours to rest, but youngsters partied next door.

It was dirty, the pool area was missing a wall, the gym machine was old and not working. The room and bathroom was small. Breakfast was not included each person has to pay $10. Water at the bending machine was $2.

It was nothing like the picture. Very old and the bed was as low as the floor lumpy uncomfortable. Room floors were dirty. But if you need a quick stay and very cheap.

Negatives:
I was in a 1st floor room where the traffic and noise from the hallway was constant. The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. Needed to stay en extra day, but chose to do so elsewhere.

The staff was very polite and friendly. Very attentive to our needs. We loved the pool and hot tub. The convenience of stores nearby and places to eat.
Overall, it is a cozy little hotel
Negatives:
The room was half cleaned, did not clean under beds, sofa, or behind nightstand. Had to have staff come and clean the room again. Bathroom walls were dirty with blood stains, sofa bed was broken, there were boogies on the wall like someone just laid in bed and dug in their nose and wiped it on the wall. Housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning and management needs to ensure rooms are properly cleaned
