customer service was awful. They didn't work with us at all. They double charged our room, didn't refund us when I said I didn't want to stay here anymore and the pool was down even though when I booked the room the pool was available and they didn't even contact us to let us know and give us a refund.
It was a family vacation stop. The whole reason we even rented the hotel for the night is for the pool.

Proximity to tons of things and not far from the highway. Great value for the room. Nice workout room. Nice breakfast. Terry was very pleasant to interact with.

Closed pool and neighboring pool was cold. It would be nicer if breakfast stayed open till 10 am during the week.

The drugs in the hall? Smoking. The 20k kids thinking they own the complex because they are of color. Indoor Swimming pool cold, not even the room was warm, told the night audit, she didn’t care. She was on her 12th snack.. if you pee? Plan to flush 2 times. If you (ya know) plans to flush 4x and if you shower? Plan on spending lots of time in there. My husband took a 45 min shower and only used a gallon of water.. the pet friendly is ok! I get that.. BUT unless they are a service animal you don’t need to bring them to the breakfast and feed them off your plate! Not everyone is an animal lover.. the security sign (this door is closed for your protection) is just a suggestion. The door is ALWAYS open. Making is first floor sleepers a little off..
