Our first room was I’m assuming your storage room had pictures & mirrors everywhere so we had to go ask for another room! Then the second room we had had burn holes in the sheets & went to turn the shower on & the knob fell off! The carpet was all ripped up by the light & our remote to the tv was broken had to use the buttons in the tv. The phone to our room was broken couldn’t call the front desk to ask for WiFi password it wasn’t provided.

The heat/air wasn’t plugged in and the plug was no where near an outlet. Had to wait hours for clean towels because none were in the room when we arrived. They gave us our key we got to the room and they were still in it cleaning it. The room had a hole in the wall. The bathroom still had dirt on the floor. There were still previous guests belongings on the side of the bed and in the bed side table.

Workers were nice, there was a food truck outside. Management handled the noise complaint promptly and reassuringly.

They tried to charge my card even tho I had already paid. At 1 am three people were yelling outside of my room and the man smashed a woman’s windshield. There was an old jolly rancher between the bed and headboard. The bathroom smelled of mildew and the tub was dirty.

Commode wiggled on floor the noise outside the room came in the room i asked for a earlier check in time the lady at the front desk just kept saying it eould be 35 dollars more , very rude stated we could go somewhere else., even though i read her the email stating they should be able to acomadate my request. very uncomfortable chair and table that legs moved a lot when you placed stuff on it
