The beds are always very nice.
Negatives:
Not a big deal, but the base of the toilet next to the shower looked dirty. That is an easy spot to miss, and I only saw it as I was drying off in the shower. My comforter was also coming out of the duvet, the duvet wasn't zipped all the way. Again, not a big deal, but when staying in a luxury hotel, these things should be standard.

Cold morning and no hot water. Room was not made up one day, and one bar of soap in bathroom to use between shower and sink. It was all taken care of when I brought it to their attention.

Arrived just before check in time. Check in is at 4pm. They had no rooms with double beds which is what I had purchased . Almost a hour wait and had to take a room with one king bed. Finally got a room at 4:30pm after me asking
