There was a lot of things, too many to name all. 1) no hot water; water was warm. 2) water drainage is horrible. 3) for the amount of money, no free/ complimentary breakfast. 4) no microwave in room and mini fridge didn't. Wouldn't recommend hotel.

The beds are always very nice.
Negatives:
Not a big deal, but the base of the toilet next to the shower looked dirty. That is an easy spot to miss, and I only saw it as I was drying off in the shower. My comforter was also coming out of the duvet, the duvet wasn't zipped all the way. Again, not a big deal, but when staying in a luxury hotel, these things should be standard.

Fabulous beds and quiet rooms. Fabulous bartender. Lavender balm by the bed.
Negatives:
Cold morning and no hot water. Room was not made up one day, and one bar of soap in bathroom to use between shower and sink. It was all taken care of when I brought it to their attention.
