15 min. drive to venue.
Negatives:
Overcharged on room after speaking to front desk clerk and assured my card would not be charged. Card charged again at checkout. Questioned charges at front desk and clerk said card was not charged only showing booking.com fee. Contacted property manager without a follow-up call back. Booking.com fee was disclosed by front desk clerk at check-out. Second time having an issue with reservation through booking.com.

Was not told there was a swingers convention at the hotel. Did not want to see naked people walking the halls , did see that. Was not happy.

It was the fastest check in ever and they allow pets.

Our room was not clean at all, there were other peoples dirty clothes in the room, wrappers all over. It was gross. The phone had been thrown under the desk and slammed against the wall. The heater did not work as well.

the front desk worker, Leticia, was phenomenal. she was knowledgeable and kind and made each interaction with us very pleasant. The shuttle service was terrific. our driver was prompt, kind and informative.
Negatives:
the facilities were dated and worn, the room and hallways smelled and were dirty, the pool was in disarray and under stocked. The property was understaffed. no attention to detail. The restaurant in the lobby was very understaffed and inconsistent.
