Negatives:
Staff was rude. Restaurant closed. Breakfast voucher given at check in was taken away at first breakfast. When inquiring about nearby restaurants were told by desk clerk he didn't know because he lived in Cincinnati. Hotel has a management problem.

Hotel staff was great! The check in/out process was easy and on site self parking was a huge bonus.
Negatives:
Pool was closed during our stay, 2 towels in the room upon arrival for 4 people for 2 nights. There was leftover trash in the room and used towels in the bathroom from previous guest.

This time we couldn't enjoy the pool. Someone was having a party so there were a ton of kids in the hot tub kicking us splashing us with hot water, there were no towels, tobacco in the pool.The shower made the whole bathroom wet

Exercise room was ok.

It was very dirty even after having housekeeping redo our room, and had no towels so we had to call them again. There was no coffee available for guests, breakfast service was awful as we could not even be seated and had to go somewhere else

There was nothing redeemable about this place. It would be generous to call it a one star hotel

We travelled cross country and this was by far the worst. We had to pay $22 for parking! All the hotels we stayed at, they had complementary breakfast. Hilton wanted $18 per person! They charged for everything. Motel 6 was better! Avoid this place!

22$ to park and several cars were stolen and broken into and no staff mentioned it to us just other people who stayed there and their vehicle was stolen. Security could of been better
