Negatives: Horrible staff who tried to keep 133. 95 they charged my account and told me it was a deposit of 250.00 to rent the room and when I refused to pay it they tried to keep the money for the room that I didnt even stay at saying that I never came to the property after booking witch was a complete lie. I was in the parking lot when I booked it. So after 3 hours of phone call to booking they told booking that they agreed to cancel the reservation free of charge but have not yet sent the email to me or booking confirmation so they can't start the refund, as now has made. I can promise one thing, if I don't get that email tonight I'm going to wake up in the morning and file a police report against the staff at the front desk for unauthorized use or a credit card

Negatives: They took $250 from my account that they were not supposed to and now are refusing to refund it. The room was paid in full weeks prior and the $250 which is supposed to be a pending deposit in case there were any damages to the room. I left the room in great condition there were no damages yet they still completed the transaction and took that $250 out of my account. Now they refused to refund it. Terrible customer service.

Positives: The best thing about this hotel is the location.
Negatives: Their $250 security deposit is excessive. Especially when compared to other hotels with a higher star rating. I was charged twice for a one night stay. Staff was no help!
