The room was disgusting… the AC/Heater vents were nasty, covered with mildew and dust.. stuff was on the floor(have no idea what it was, but it looked nasty), the toilet was filthy, the sheets looked like they were in a smoking room and not washed(yellow not white)

EVERYTHING!! They had sold our room that I reserved a WEEK before & then we’re “sold out”. We sat in the parking lot at 1am trying to figure out what to do since we now had no where to stay & their security guard told us to get off their property before he called the police on us because they were “sold out” so there was no point in us sitting in their parking lot. The place looked nasty anyways
