The pool was nice.

The broken crack pipe in the night stand. The rude staff making me purchase another room for everyone to swim. The breakfast that was guarded by rude staff. The Roach in the bathroom. The creepy dude who took my number down at check in to text me later.

the bath tub was dirty it had used wash clothes hanging in the shower and the bottom of the tub was black. The check our lady was very rude. They charged me a deposit on a separate card but could not give me proof of the charge or proof of check out

LOCATION IS GREAT

It was convenient and cheap, with free internet and parking.
Negatives:
They refused to leave more than 2 towels for 4 people. The beds were made once in 5 days. Hair dryer smoked dangerously, was never fixed despite my report. The breakfast had NO juice, dry bagels, stale cereal, tiny yogurts, packaged minidonuts.

We had a bed bug infestation. We spoke to room service and they mentioned they do not have any extra sheets to replace our sheets which is concerning. This makes me think, were our sheets really clean beforehand?
Negatives:
3 of us were bitten and felt itchy throughout & still are which has turned into a health problem.Also some bed bugs were found on our clothes. We went down to customer service to try & place the clothes in a dryer to get rid of t bugs butweredeniedservice
