My car was broken in to during my stay. I had to contact the hotel multiple times and the valet service multiple times to get a resolution. That is unacceptable. They should have made an effort to contact me before i ever had a chance to call them. Highly unprofessional. Will never stay here again.

It seems to me (based on other reviews I read about this hotel) that we were in an upgraded room. It was large, updated and very comfortable!
Negatives:
Not their fault but there are people who smoke pot in hotels and I smelled it as soon as I got off the elevator. It can penetrate to others spaces.
Positives:
Great, spacious, comfortable room. Housekeeping and cleanliness was outstanding. Completely updated. The restaurant is a loser for breakfast- awful. At 9:00 am they ran out of orange juice. French toast served ice cold, I left it and ate elsewhere for the rest of our stay. Its unfortunate because would have been convenient. Youre hard pressed to find any restaurant close by.
Negatives:
Provide a decent breakfast at the restaurant.
