Breakfast was good . Sausage and eggs well cooked.
Negatives:
It is being renovated so it was hard to not run into painted walls and dust every where.
Our room had no hot water at all so could not enjoy a warm shower.

The room was quiet, comfortable, and bath was nice.
Negatives:
They are in renovation (the booking said it was finished). There is no lobby, amenities are few, parking is limited, included breakfast was poor, and there are “wet paint” signs everywhere.

I didn't like the timer on the light in the bathroom. The ticking noise was loud and kinda annoying. But that's just me.

My family and I had the best stay, the staff was awesome so friendly. The breakfast was an actual breakfast and it was great as well. I would stay again easily and will be considering staying at a Hyatt hotel in our next travels.

Excellent and very clean even...

Breakfast is always good there and the updates to the gym are nice. Lots of great restaurants close by within walking distance.
Negatives:
King bed we booked a month in advance was switched out for a double because of booking through a third party site. While not the hotels fault, Receptionist was unfriendly about the situation and told us there was nothing we could do. My wife and I only go away once a year and it would have been nice to sleep in the same bed. We were aware that the hotel was under construction when we booked and the information we received said that parking would be different and the main lobby was closed and check in was in back which we we fine with. What they didn't say is that there would be drywall dust all over the place including the room. We've stayed at this location quite a few times and this was the only subpar experience. Even with the bad check in and dusty stay, we will still be returning next year but we will make sure to book directly through the website.

The hot water was good and layout of room with a sofa was ok.
Negatives:
The hotel was being remodeled and it was not disclosed. Had it been, we would have went elsewhere. It was very noisy between workers and free range kids running around the place unsupervised. The bathroom was very small and the lights were on timers
