Friendly staff and easy check in process. The location was good-right in the center of Dublin. The room was spacious.
Negatives:
The room I stayed in smelled so badly of smoke. It was very strong. There were multiple stains on the carpet and on the walls. The couch cushions had slipcovers on them that were hiding large holes. The room was very obviously in need of a deep cleaning.

No Ice. Breakfast was discontinued. We booked room w fireplace. No way to purchase logs to use it. No onsite place to purchase drinks. Customer service not very helpful. We hv stayed here numerous times under previous management. Better service previously.

The room seemed clean. The setup was ok. The lady who checked me in was great.
Negatives:
The toilet didn’t flush. There were gnats. The chair was wobbly. The lady who checked me in was great so I’ll also put that up top. There was a guy before her that I encountered who was very short with me and not helpful at all. I chose to check in about an hour early online. So I got there about 2 and he points to a sign on the window that checkin is at 4. Online checkin says 3. He would not look to see if a room was available while I was there and simply told me to come back.

This hotel is being run into the ground. I have stayed here multiple times a year for nearly ten years. It went from a really nice place to stay to a dump now. Pee stains on the carpet, toilet leaking onto floor and tattered furniture, no ac in one room.

Pictures not accurate. Everything was just dirty. Amenities that were supposed to be included with the room not accurate. Again just dirty which is not what you want when you are staying in a hotel. Not worth the money.
