Staff was nice. Elevator was out of service, staff was super nice and upgraded my room to a 1st floor suite so my mom would not have to go up and down the steps.

Not really a fault of the hotel I guess but it was so loud from the highway traffic. The elevator was broken. These things happen but still was an inconvenience. The rooms were dated and in need of some surface repairs

Breakfast was good and then bed was comfy.
Negatives:
The hotel was very dirty. The bathtub in our room had stains all in it and the ceiling was very stained. You could tell they had tried to redo the room but it was as if they stared the work and then never finished and never cleaned up the work mess.

They were helpful and took their time explaining the amenities and accommodations available to us! The place is clean, really clean, the common areas, and cleanliness of the rooms, allowed us to relax in tranquility! We were able to enjoyed the pool, cook a home meal and recharge for the next adventure! They provide amazing soothing body wash, shampoo and conditioner, no need to pack any! The place is walkable distance to Walmart, Huntington Bank and a 5 minute ride to Bridge Park in Dublin, close to major highways and the mall is literally a 3 minute drive, maybe less! We loved our time here!
