The beds are so comfortable! Very clean and appears to be recently updated.
Negatives:
The only thing that was slightly wrong was being placed in a room right next to the pool. You could hear everything going on in the pool. Fortunately, the hotel wasnt very full so we didnt have to worry about noise after 8.

Positives:
Location was good, breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but decent, parking was free and lots of spots available. Room was clean & comfortablefront desk staff helpful & accommodating. Lots of extra bathroom towels in our room as well.
Negatives:
A few worn areas in our rooms carpet Electrical outlets were crooked & upside down Just seems to need a overall Reno/new paint/furniture etc. But for the great nightly rate and as it was only one night, it worked well for us.

An affordable, clean hotel.
Positives:
The place was clean, but that was about it. I've never stayed in a more noisy place. If it hadn't been that I would have lost money to the room reservation, I would have tried to find a room at a different motel.
Negatives:
Children running amok. At least 20-30 kids were screaming and running in the pool area, the noise carrying quite a distance. The lobby, breakfast area, and outside areas were littered with kids, all looking to be under the age of 10 or 12. The parents were NOT parenting. At breakfast, which was awful (stale French toast, for example), the kids were running their hands through the heated items (i.e., eggs, gravy, biscuits). I don't know how these items tasted because I didn't want to eat anything these kids had drug their hands through. One staff member tried to correct them, but the kids didn't listen, and the parents didn't care. They were spilling syrup everywhere, while the parents ignored the kids and enjoyed themselves in conversation. They all should have been evicted. The horrific experience extended into the evening where we got NO SLEEP due to the noise all night, all weekend. The staff apologized and said their hands were tied. A manager should have given a warning and then evicted them if they refused to cooperate. Why do we as a society allow this behavior?!

The only thing is rooms aren't cleaned everyday but that is every place anymore unless you ask, which we didnt.
