It was clean and quiet. Reasonably priced. Close to my final destination.
Negatives:
No wi-fi. No electric vehicle charging. No breakfast.

We had a room for the eclipse. The staff was friendly, the room was clean. They gave us an extra blanket when needed. Coffee was available at 6am. This is a great hotel for a quick stay, like ours. Even our pup was happy. Great location!
Negatives:
If you stay in a room with two beds, the pedestals are Queen but the mattresses are full size. We got an air mattress so my 6'2" hubby had the bed to himself and my daughters took the other. It worked out fine with the extra blanket provided.

Staff checked us out at 10 am while we were on break fast and when we returned at 10:30 our electronics charger was at reception and they told you are good to go. Actual chkout time was 11am.

The window actually opened, I am tired of hotels with sealed windows, fresh air is always nice. They let me have my cat and without a fee.

A buzzer that sounded more like a fire alarm went off three times outside my room while I was trying to sleep, weird.

We have stayed in Red Roofs many times this year. This ones cleanliness was the lowest. Black greasy fingerprints on bathroom door facing. Something gritty on floor which wasnt cleaned. Bed sheets in disarray.....hmmmmmmm
