They said cleaning is every six days, which is not great but I was the for 7 and didn’t have any cleaning done. Room was a bit dusty.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They always greeted us with a smile.

The room was dark and dated. Instead of a nightstand on both sides of bed, we had an old low sitting uncomfortable recliner that was in the way of getting into bed on one side. The cabinets smelled musty, and the microwave was old and didn't heat well. There was a pedestal type sink that took forever for the water to drain. There was no counter space to put your toiletries, so we had to use the ironing board as a shelf area. Only had a shower drape no liner, nothing to hold the water in. We had to use our towels to mop up after a shower. We had to buy a shower mat so that we didn't slip & fall while taking a shower. The floor was very slippery. This is very dangerous. The room looked clean but smelled old. Also, the ice from the fridge had a funny taste to it, so we brought in our own ice. We wouldn't stay there again.

It was close to the hospital and in my hometown of Gahanna, Ohio.
Negatives:
Room was understocked. (1 glass, 3 plates, no sheets for the sofa bed, 2 towels) The bedroom was extremely cold because it is not heated! Blood on the bed skirt. Construction debris left in the hallway.
