Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives:
The only redeeming value of the stay was the friendly staff. The room was filthy, the floors sticky, and I awoke covered in bites or welts. Multiple efforts to ameliorate the terrible experience were met with the phones hanging up on me

See above. It was by far the worst experience at any hotel over the last 4 years as a travel nurse. The reservation staff messed up the prepayment multiple times, and no one to date has made any attempt to reach out to rectify the multiple errors.

The carpet was beyond filthy. On two different days during this stay, I walked barefooted on the carpet, and within 2 hours the bottoms of my feet were totally black. On another day, during the same visit, the bottoms of a pair of white sox were all black

Yes. My reservation stated a smoke free room. My room stunk of smoke. I asked at the front desk for a different room and they instead came and sprayed Febreze and set up a fan to circulate the air. My clothes and luggage all stunk of smoke.
