Positives:
I stayed for 10 days, the hotel is near to my job, so I didn't waste a lot of time commuting. The hotel is good, has good bedroom, with a king bed, a nice chair if you are working in the hotel, a nice kitchen and a good bathroom in the bedroom. Hilton has an app that you can have your cellphone as key and others functions. You can order online and the front desk can receive it for you without fees.
Negatives:
I had 2 "major" problems, one was the cleaning, the hotel policy is to clean each other day and change bed cloths within 4 days of stay, so it would be like 5 days of cleaning and 2-bed changes, they barely changed the things in our room. And the other problem was about the digital key, I asked to activate the digital key so I could use my cellphone as key, but it didn't work in the 2 times that I contacted the front desk. Other things that could be improved for next guests are: More time for breakfast, 7 to 9 am it's so little time to sleep more and get breakfast, the phone in our room didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk, more hangers in the wardrobe, and check why the water in the shower comes yellow in the firsts seconds???, more toilet treats because in the last day we missed some and we had to ask for more, and a tip would be a manual of instructions of how to use the washing machine, it was my first time and it was a little confusing, but that's on me.

On a 1 to 5 scale, the Breakfast is barely a 3. Hyatt and Hampton definitely beat Home2 Suites. One tiny (!) bar of soap in the room. No Kleenex @ all which is nonsense. Cannot understand why a bottle of water is not furnished within the room. Had to ask for Do not disturb sign. Bed not terribly comfortable.
