Positives:
Front desk staff and housekeeping staff were very kind and considerate. Room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The internet was out during our 3 night stay. Card keys did not work consistently at the doors. A garbage can near the outside entry doors (either inside or outside) would have helped prevent folks from leaving coffee cups, water bottles, etc on the curb.

The price was right, and the bed was comfortable. Close to many restaurants. Liked the high ceilings.

Bagged breakfast, not a hot one. A thick smell in the hall. Can tell it was a smoking hotel at one point...heavy smoking. Cold water was basically a trickle.

Our room had cockroaches as well as on the door and windows entering fife building. We requested a refund and was told wed have to call the next day and talk to the manager.

Close to everything. Quiet.
Negatives:
Maintenance would make a huge difference. Lighting was poor, burnt out light bulbs, had a rock and roll toilet, not solidly mounted. Mattress was quite uncomfortable. The door did not lock properly, propped the office chair against the entrance door. Pictures showed a breakfast room but only had a, "Grab-N-Go", breakfast snacks. Disappointing.
