Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The kitchen facilities were fine, but the age and condition of the carpet, linens, draperies, television, the room stank and felt very grimy.
A room can only be cleaned so much you know? It’s not for lack of trying like I’m sure the housekeepers do their best, but for 475 dollars I shouldn’t feel like I can’t take my clothes off in the room.
Negatives:
The carpet is disgusting, grimy, sticky, the room has a lingering stench, there is no door on the closet, the linens were clean but worn. Like any port in a storm, but every other hotel in the area had rooms for 186 bucks night of. It feels like a scam to have my booking.com booking weaponized against me. Like I understand that there is a risk when you book the price of the room could decrease and you’re paying for the convenience of reserving the date, but I feel rather robbed. I think the room was worth, at most after tax, considering the date, 350 bucks. That’s the maximum. 475 for a room you can’t walk barefoot in? Cmon my friends. I should’ve cancelled my booking night of and gone to the Marriott. My fault thinking fulfilling the reservation would result in value for my money paid.

The assistant manager was terrible. The odor in the facility was beyond description. The room was dirty with a horrible smell. Bathroom shower was moldy. The AC unit was full of garbage and dirt.

The staff was inadequate at best. It was dark and dingy like a run down apartment building. There were guests who were less than favorable. The night manager came barreling into my room twice!!! I was disgusted.

The gentleman who checked me in and changed my room the first time was cordial. After checking in I went to my room, the toilet overflowed when I tried to flush it and that was from the remaining water bottle I had in my bag NOTHING ELSE. The room also reeked of cigarettes. The gentleman at the front desk changed my room immediately.

Property is DISGUSTING, Trash in the hallways, graffiti in the elevators, parking lot full of litter. The first room had a overflowing toilet and smelled like cigarettes.
The second room I dropped my luggage and left for my event. Upon return I started to fill the bathtub when I noticed something floating in the water. It was a contact lens! I immediately packed my luggage and went to the front desk the Lady now working said "you can't check out!! I told her the place was disgusting and I would not be staying. She refused to check me out but took my key cards and said they'd check me out in the morning. I told her I wanted a refund and if all the stuff I'd experienced and she didn't care at all. I said I was going to call the corporate office.
I called the corporate office and they clearly don't care either. As I've called 3 times each time being told a district manager would contact me and still I have received no call.
This place is the scary hotel you see in movies STAY AWAY!! As of right now I'm filling a dispute to get a refund because I didn't stay in this place and I hope all of you avoid it as well!! DISGUSTING, RUDE and AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES!

Heater did not work. Was replaced with a new unit next day. Someone had a card entrance to our room at 10:30pm. We had the bar in place or they would have entered the room.
