Tge tub needed tp be up dated, the paint was peeling. Also the hot tube didn’t work . No meat for breakfast and the eggs were wet.

This facility is a one star hotel at best . I was shocked at the condition of the room, dark - poor quality bed and the dresser was covered in crumbs . The internet was not working , the room next door had a dog that barked off and on all night . The bathroom was so in need of repair I was embarrassed that I had my family stay there.

I wasn't able to take a shower in my room had to use the second room I booked due to my room only having warm water. There was blood on my sheets and hair in the drain where the sink wouldn't drain correctly

The pool was nice. Towels were never stocked when I went during my five night stay.
Negatives:
The door randomly wouldn’t open for anybody, including staff, on Easter. All of our stuff was locked in there & they asked us to just accept a new room and get our stuff the next day… obviously we said no, we need our belongings. They promised us two hours and a refund. Never received any refund for the inconvenience. Our bathroom light flicked in our new room. Our new room also had a different tv we were no longer able to access WiFi on.

The heater in the room was extremely loud. Hotel was listed as 7.1 miles from the Cleveland clinic, it is 26 miles away.
