Positives:
Chose this hotel for breakfast, since we did late checkout. The coffee machine was broke, and coffee served in carafe was watery and awful. Ran out of eggs, waffle batter, syrup…by 8:30, had limited choices. (but hotel was empty.) We ate at IHOP 2 miles away instead.
Negatives:
Breakfast, elevator out of order so many steps to second floor , because first floor rooms offered looked abused.

The location was very convenient. Close to the highways and major cities.
Negatives:
No one was at the desk. If you needed assistance you had to call a phone number. We had no hot water the first day and was told no maintenance was on until Monday. The pool looked cloudy and the surface not clean.

I got up for the free breakfast and there was no breakfast. I was on time and everything.

I felt safe and comfortable.
Positives:
Right of the interstate, close to a few restaurants and a gas station. Great climate control unit in room. Also, we got a “pet” room so that was nice and close to the outside door.
Negatives:
Front desk was a little awkward, overall fine but could’ve been more hospitable. Our room had a strange smell which we got used to, bathroom sink faucet was completely out of whack but we figured it out.
