The only thing my family and I liked about the property was the location.
Negatives:
The rooms has no type of upkeep. We had cracked tiles in the shower, rust stains on the tub, broken curtains, and my daughter was unable to swim in the pool since it seems to have something leaking into it from the ceiling. Keep in mind the pool was open to the guest but it wasn’t sanitary for the $140 I paid the night.

This hotel should not have a 3 star rating. Pehaps zero stars if that is possible.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in on the I75 It was dirty and the parking lot was unsafe. The first room that we were given had no TV and a broken door. The second room had wall paper, curtains and lamp shades that were torn , a TV that didn't work, a fire alarm that had been pulled out of the wall and mould growing in the coffee maker. We tried to get our money back, but we were unable to. We should have left regardless of the money, but it was so late and I was having trouble finding another space in another hotel. It will be a miracle if we don't get bed bugs from this place.

The location was easily accessed from the highway.
Negatives:
My wife got bed bugs, no hot water, hair in the drains, the morning clerk never spoke (just looked at us with a blank stare), and the breakfast wasn’t ready. I don’t know that we would have eaten there anyway after the other experiences.
