This hotel should not have a 3 star rating. Pehaps zero stars if that is possible.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in on the I75 It was dirty and the parking lot was unsafe. The first room that we were given had no TV and a broken door. The second room had wall paper, curtains and lamp shades that were torn , a TV that didn't work, a fire alarm that had been pulled out of the wall and mould growing in the coffee maker. We tried to get our money back, but we were unable to. We should have left regardless of the money, but it was so late and I was having trouble finding another space in another hotel. It will be a miracle if we don't get bed bugs from this place.

The location was easily accessed from the highway.
Negatives:
My wife got bed bugs, no hot water, hair in the drains, the morning clerk never spoke (just looked at us with a blank stare), and the breakfast wasn’t ready. I don’t know that we would have eaten there anyway after the other experiences.

The hotel staff was nice when awake. I have a pic of the hotel staff a sleep at front desk. We stood their a few mins trying to wake him up continental breakfast was a joke big time. Our key card stopped worked worst trip ever liked pool

The hotel was very unsatisfactory. Everything was mostly broke or messed up. TV was so out of date you couldn't read the words on our Xbox game. The phone was busted. Bolts hangin out of the head board behind our head I have pics. Water didn't stay hot
