Negatives:
Wifi kept cutting out for the entire two day stay. VERY strong chemical odor from cleaning products. Sheets, pillows, and blankets were all stained and dirty. Chair in room stained and unclean. Towels were never changed between days. Door to room would only work if you turned the handle one way. Walls and headboard dirty. Floors sticky after over use of chemical products. Heat/air condition constantly cutting off. Dirty windows. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

It was close to the university event we went to.

1. I was told no deposit was needed online and could pay at time of check in. I was charged a deposit, which cut in to our event money. Our door did not lock, so we had to wait to move rooms. There was a fight in the building and there was no one there to call, someone ended up calling the police to resolve it. We asked for more towels, we waited for an hour then gave up and went to our event.

A family in multiple rooms near my room, opening and slamming doors, yelling and arguing in halls and parking lot outside window until late hours was exhausting! Reported to staff. This happened both nights of my stay. Loud and unpleasant!
