Easy check-in. Friendly staff. Free wifi. Plenty of parking.

Advertised as free breakfast, but there was none. Room had a distinct yet unrecognizable unpleasant smell. No toiletries except a small bar of soap. Super thin towels. Poor lighting. Dog barking in room below us.

The pool had so many chemicals it burned 2 of my kids' faces. The mattresses moved Everytime you did, and the bathroom was so tight it was nearly claustrophobic. The weight room has 4 broken machines, which are the only machines they have. No towels for the pool area and even though I requested extra pillows I received none. The planks in the pool house are moldy, and there is no breakfast even though they advertise one.

The staff didn’t care about the customers there was no hot water when I told the staff they just ignored me and asked me to leave the lobby and wait outside while they checked the room so I could get my deposit back I will not stay there again I go to the area every year for air works auction I will be staying elsewhere next time

It was somewhere to sleep nothing exciting

The front desk was rude, the bathroom shower didnt work, the towels were dirty, the curtain didnt close properly my son face broke out from laying on the blanket they false advertise about the amenities

Nothing at all front desk was rude and refused to fix anything my door didn't close and tv didn't work I left after 2 nights and was sapost to be there for 10

Rude staff didn't want to be helpful door to my room was broken I couldn't lock my door and the TV didn't work and front desk refused to fix it so I left

The man at the desk said that the system was down and he kept insisting that he come to my room later for a signature. I informed him repeatedly I would come back to the front desk to sign and he continued to insist he would come to my room. red flag!
