The parking lot was flooded and clearly had been for some time as it smelled like a swamp. One set of stairs was blocked off and the other was rusted out with actual holes through the concrete

Positives:
We were so impressed with the value of our booking and the quality of our stay. The room was big, clean, and so quiet! This was especially surprising considering the influx of travelers to the area during the eclipse.
Negatives:
The stairs were crumbling and concerning safety wise. The plumbing was a little bit weak.

The building is appalling. One staircase is closed because it's falling apart, and the other could collapse at any time. I don't know how it passes code.

Was advertised as having a full continental breakfast. This was not the case. All they had was waffles and cereal only. One of the specific reason we chose this location was because you were offering the full continental breakfast. Parking was flooding with sagnet water that was very much a health hazzard.

The room vas dirty, the door lock hardly worked with the card reader, the phone was broke, half the lamps and plug wouldn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush. They ended up giving me a full refund due to all my issues.

There were white stains on the night stands and entertainment center, the WIFI was horrible. the parking lot was flooded. I asked to switch rooms and they told me I couldn't because they were full and I counted 7 vehicles in the parking lot
