It was a holiday inn express so we were glad they had breakfast and our dog was allowed to be there.

There was no refrigerator, we were moving and had lots of bags that needed carried in and the elevator was broken. Also the hot tub was broken as well so there were many things we did not get to enjoy but not having a working elevator was the worst thing

The elevator broke and we had do take things up and down the stairs. The Jacuzzi heater was waiting on a part to make it heated up.

The comforter was dirty, hot tub was out of order. No juice or milk and pancake maker was out of order for Breakfast. Had two towels, asked for more and cleaning staff said they were out. Lightbulbs out. Toilet paper holder was on wrong side of the room.

Front desk staff person was exceptional. She was friendly, very helpful and she was the best part of the stay.
Negatives:
For the most part, it was very outdated with obvious wear and tear. The breakfast was very limited and only 1 milk available. We got stuck in the elevator for just a few minutes as we were departing.

I am used to having a minifridge to keep my perishables in while traveling and a microwave.
