it was clean, easy to access from the interstate highway and close to food and gasoline. The bed was good and firm. I will stay here again.
Negatives:
The desk chair fabric was worn out and the chair should be thrown away (It's bad). On the plus side, there were two chairs in the room and I've recently stayed in some high priced motels that had only one chair.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. If we asked for anything they did there best.

Our stay was 2 nights and 3 days. We had to ask for fresh towels. They never straightened the room anytime during our stay.

The room looked clean and tidy. It would be nice if there was drinking water in the room, and also an extra blanket in the room in winter

after a long day of driving I selected this hotel for its reviews. but upon checking in, the door on my first room was ajar. Bed was made, but there was hair on it and in the sink and tub. Second room, there were no towels. Tried to call the front desk but the phone didnt work. when I got back to the front desk, the clerk told me my phone must have been disconnected and she was aware that towels were missing from some of the rooms. I eventually got needed rest, but just not without aggravation
that should have been avoided.

The breakfast was brought by the front desk and cooked in a kitchen downstairs.They never changed their gloves between cooking and stocking.They only have 1 washer 2 dryers that's old & out of date for the whole building. The carpeting needs to be replaced. They never refunded my money back for a week I paid for but only stayed 2 days. Inconsiderate money hungry people & company overall. Until my issue is resolved I will not ever give my money to a Best Western nor any company affiliated with them.

Hotel rooms were absolutely filty. We arrived and saw public hairs in shower, on bathroom floor and toilet seat. We requested another room and 2nd room had a plugged toilet with poop. We moved AGAIN. Third room had very dirty towels.
Positives:
Service desk was nice. They seemed very nice and easy to work with. Breakfast was real good wide variety! Thought there was a pool and if so I couldn't find one.
Negatives:
The doors only open from inside out. So when u leave you have to walk all the way to the front to go in. They said it was for safety reasons. Does not feel safe for me to walk all around building if I park in back to get back in.

Breakfast was good. Price was fair. Location was good besides the dispensary next door.
Negatives:
Smelled like marijuana. No housekeeping what so ever. Garbages were all overflowing. Towels were never cleaned and restocked. Room Keys didnt work half the time. Took 30 min to check in with reservation made.
